The Rec Center is designed with you in mind, featuring a wide-variety of fitness and exercise equipment for every ability and skill level!
Brands include: Life Fitness©, Hammer Strength©, Assault©, TKO©, and more!
The elevated walking track is a perfect place to get your movement on indoors, and there is also an outdoor walking track, wrapping around the property!
Track Lengths: Indoor- 12 Laps = 1.05miles; Outdoor- 1 Lap = .71miles
The multipurpose court is home to pick-up games, as well as Rec League and Tournament play for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and more!
In total, we have 3 exercise and fitness spaces! Our upstairs main exercise area is home to our cardio, pin-select, and some lighter free-weights equipment. There is also a fitness studio upstairs that has several spin bikes and several sets of Group Exercise equipment in it! Lastly, our downstairs, free-weights area houses a full DB set (up to 100s), 2 power racks with benches, bars and bumper plates, KBs, and accessories!
There are also over 20 TVs throughout the facility, so you won't miss a thing during your workouts!
Fitness Assessments - The REC Center offers it's members free fitness assessments! These assessments are a great tool to help people get started on a fitness journey or see where you currently are. Upon completion, each participant will receive a free 1-month exercise program that is based on their ability level. These programs are based on what equipment is available at the REC. Temporary Childcare is available on Mondays through Thursdays from 4-7:30pm!
Children under age 11 are not permitted on fitness equipment and can only be on the track if directly supervised by guardian...Ages 11-13 are permitted to use the 2nd-floor fitness areas with parental supervision...Ages 13-15 are required to have a Youth Fitness Orientation from Rec Staff prior to using the 1st-floor Free-Weights Room.

- Yoga w/ Lisa: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:45pm
- SilverSneakers w/ Shirley: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10am (Circuit) and 11am (Classic). SilverSneakers membership NOT required!
- X-Training w/ Anthony: Mondays & Thursdays @ 12:15pm
