REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Aurora, MO has declared its property located at 121 W Pleasant Street Aurora, MO 65605 as surplus property and is inviting proposals to rehabilitate said property for residential use in exchange for property ownership. The lot is approximately 50' x 150'. Said lot contains one primary residential structure measuring approximately 4,277 square feet and one accessory structure measuring approximately 425 square feet.
All proposals will be evaluated by City Staff and City Council and based on quality and impact of the overall proposal.

Proposals will be received by the City until 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2023. Responses received after this time will be rejected as non-responsive. Proposers shall submit proposals in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "121 W. Pleasant Street Proposal", Attention: Kamy Kulow, City Clerk at the above address. Mailed proposals shall be marked to City of Aurora, MO Attention Kamy Kulow, City Clerk PO Box 30 Aurora, MO 65605. Faxed and emailed proposals will be rejected as non-responsive.

A mandatory inspection meeting at the property is scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. All proposers must attend this meeting to be considered qualified for proposal submission.
