Aurora Recreation/Events Coordinator
This full time position will be filled in August, 2010 and will be located on the 2nd floor of City Hall - near the City Manager's office.
Planning & Zoning
This department is responsible for subdivision and zoning ordinances, floodplain management and building permit issuance, code enforcement, and staffing the Planning & Zoning Commission meetings. Municipal Court
Aurora Municipal Court is the Judicial Branch of City Government and is part of the State Judicial System. Misdemeanor criminal cases, which are ordinance violations for which the maximum fine, upon conviction, does not exceed $500.00 or 90 days in jail, are tried in Municipal Court. Trials are conducted under the rules set forth in the Missouri Revised Statutes and Rules of Evidence. Court is in session on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 1:30 pm on the 3rd floor of City Hall.
